The night before your appointment you will receive a welcome call, giving you a chance to ask any questions and learn more about our company and service.
You will receive a call 30 minutes before our team expects to arrive along with a text message with your junk removal expert's name and picture so that you’re greeted by a familiar face when they arrive.
Once our uniformed professionals arrive, they will conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you may have, and then provide you with a free no-obligation estimate.
